Dear Editor, I would like to thank all the people who go an extra mile to look after orphans just like their own children. Rwanda’s past events of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi left many children orphaned and a good number of people infected with HIV and Aids. This implies that our country considerably has a high number of orphans however there are “Good Samaritans” who have endeavoured to take care of these unprivileged children. This is very good and I would like to encourage other people who believe that they can give an orphan parental love and care to do so as well. In the same regard, I would like to thank the Imbuto Foundation led by Mrs. Jeannette Kagame for encouraging parents to look after their adopted children just like their own. Gacuriro
