Friday, February 23 Espoir 90-74 Orion Point guard Olivier Turatsinze scored a team high 26 points to lead Espoir to a 90-74 win over Orion in Friday night’s Rwanda Basketball League game held at STECOL basketball court. Orion’s Elias Solomon Ezenekwe scored a joint-game high 26 points but his effort, in addition to Jean de Dieu Niyungeho’s 15 points, wasn’t enough to spare his team from the defeat. Both sides equalized in first quarter 21-21, before Orion claimed the second quarter 23-20 to go into half time break leading 44-41.
