Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities for this position include but not limited to the following; I. Marketing and outreach Develop a marketing and sales plan for customer and portfolio growth Participate in market campaigns and road shows organized by the branch leadership Maintaining a record of all prospective business leads and make frequent follow up Monitor competitor activity and inform your supervisor accordingly II. Loan processing and credit management To undertake thorough business assessment and appraisal Ensure Loan processing is done thoroughly and neatly Ensuring proper securitization for loans granted Present credit files and loan applications to the branch credit committee Ensure on time loan disbursement to the clients Ensure accurate documentation, data integrity and safety of customers files Adherence and Compliance to the company lending policy and procedures III. Portfolio growth and management Portfolio management and growth Collections and arrears management Monitor and facilitate on time loan repayment and recovery Respond to client queries appropriately Client retention and on time service delivery Mentoring of interns allocated to him/her by the supervisor IV. Client education Training of clients and organizing customer relationship forums Ensuring clients understand operations policy and procedures V. A link with the public Liaise with local administration and leaders to safeguard company interests Ensure well managed relationships with the public Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Finance and other related academic fields Minimum of two and above years of similar experience in any financial institution Target-Oriented Advanced knowledge in marketing and credit risk management Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook 2) Customer Care Officer-1 position (Up country) Reporting to the Branch Operations Officer, the He/ She shall be responsible of the efficient running of the branch by ensuring all customers are served in a courteous and efficient manner while ensuring accurate dissemination of information. Ensuring all customer queries are addressed on time and that customers are handled professionally and gives a broad professional institutional outlook to all who call or visit the branch Key Responsibilities Opening and closing Accounts in respect of KYC and AML policies Responding to any customer queries which could include balance inquiries, account information, etc Providing Bank Statements as and when requested Selling basic bank products like Current Accounts, MB, Savings Accounts, Deposits, etc Cross-selling bank products to existing customers Receiving, correctly forwarding and filling all correspondence received Filling and maintaining customer records Handling and resolving of customer complaints. Performance Standards Knowledgeable about the products and services offered Ability to handle customer complaints with delight Smart and presentable Good judgment and decision-making ability – as well as a TEAM PLAYER Be corrupt/Fraud free and is of good conduct. 3) Teller/ Cashier 2 positions (Up country) Reporting to the Branch Operations Officer, the He/ She shall be responsible of the below responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Receive and count working money at beginning of work Process Cash withdrawals Receive and verify loan payments Record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with Bank procedures Balance currency, cash and cheques in drawers at end of each shift Answer inquiries regarding current and savings accounts and other bank related products Attempt to resolve issues and problems with customers’ accounts Ensure that all cash payments are promptly posted to the client’s account using the cashier account Ensure safety and confidentiality of customer documents and cash Maintain neatness at the operating area for cashiers Ensure tills balance at the end of the day Repatriate cash to the strong room/safe Performance Standards Ability to balance and post all cash receipts promptly Ability to handle customer complaints with delight Handles with a lot of care all company assets such as finances and other office equipment Ability to meet targets - Highly motivated self-starter who can operate well with minimal supervision Good judgment and decision-making ability – as well as a TEAM PLAYER Be corrupt/Fraud free and is of good conduct Has positive attitude towards company mission and believe in provision of financial services Excellent communication and presentation skills Detail-oriented and organized Qualifications for both positions Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance and Marketing Minimum of two and above years of similar experience in any financial institution Deadline-Oriented Advanced knowledge in marketing and credit risk management Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook If you meet the above criteria, send your updated C.V and application letter for the position by hand to the reception at Head office or via email to oliverb@letshego.com not later than Wednesday, 27th December 2017.
