Editor, RE: ““The Youth are Africa’s tomorrow” - Is tomorrow really ours?” (The New Times, December 16). As good as seizing ‘upon available opportunities’ is already, why limit yourselves to just that? Why not actively seek to create opportunities for yourselves? In the end, the future belongs to those who are creating it right now, or laying the foundation for it, not those who are waiting for it to be handed to them on a platter. Mwene Kalinda
