Former Ugandan side Proline and Isonga player, Andrew Buteera netted a stunning goal for APR in the 8th minute from the 25 yard while Rachid Mutebi scored the equalizer in the 34th minute after Gael Duhayindavyi fouled Maxime Sekamana. Midfielder Buteera was named the man of the match during the game against Kirehe and Mukura. Meanwhile AS Kigali also came from behind to beat Etincelles FC 2-1 at Kigali Stadium, Eric Nshimiyimana’s team are leading the table with 16 points one ahead of third placed APR with 15 points same as second placed SC Kiyovu who will play their postponed game on Wednesday at Mumena Stadium while Mukura are fifth with 11 points. In first half, Djihad Bizimana and Buteera set two good balls for striker Innocent Nshuti but failed to beat Mukura goalie Omar Rwabugiri. On the other hand, Mukura who dominated the game got chances through Rachid Mutebi but were kept at bay by youngster defender Prince Buregeya and goalkeeper Yves Kimenyi. Elsewhere, Police drew away 1-1 against Gicumbi to remain in fourth place with 12 points. Gicumbi is in seventh place with 10 points. Kirehe beat Espoir 2-0 to jump from bottom to the 13th place with 8 points. In other matches, Miroplast played a goalless draw against Amagaju. Miroplast dropped to bottom position with 7 points while Bugesera are tenth with nine points after drawing 1-1 against Sunrise.
