Life Fitness Academy to hold workshop for local trainers

Global fitness specialist and Life Fitness Master Trainer, Keith Smith will be in Kigali to hold the first Life Fitness Academy workshop at the Kigali Marriott Hotel on November 28-29. Life Fitness Academy is standardized fitness education dedicated to providing exceptional fitness education and training which strives to boost the knowledge of fitness instructors, trainers, health club owners and exercisers to achieve their goals. The training has been held over the years in different countries in East Africa; Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. Focus and growth in Sports and Youth development in Rwanda has been an incentive to host the training this year in Kigali where about 50 participants are expected. The training will be valuable in creating awareness and fostering an active lifestyle. In addition, it will help to develop and boost the knowledge and skills of fitness instructors and young trainers joining the fitness industry. The theme for the training is “Creating and Delivering Unique Exerciser Experiences.” The fitness industry is moving away from the traditional way of training to providing unique and more catered fitness experiences and techniques for exercisers that are more effective. Impex Solutions FZCO, the exclusive distributor of Life Fitness products in East Africa, have partnered with Health and Fitness Center in Kigali to organize the two-day event.
