During a colorful ceremony that took place at Serena hotel in Kigali on Friday, members and staff from Denmar together with those from Systemair and other invited guests who are players in the market had a healthy interaction that involved presentations and seminars followed by a cocktail. At the same time Denmar will benefit from Systemair’s technical know-how in the area of complex comfort and process ventilation systems” said Irungu. “This transaction is a great example of a deal where each party wins. Systemair is a leading ventilation company with operations in 50 countries in Europe, North- and South America, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. The Company had sales of SEK 6.9 billion in financial year 2016/17 and currently employs about 5,200 people.
