The management of University of Rwanda should understand that you cannot turn a diploma awarding institution into a degree awarding institution overnight. Rukara lacks infrastructure, which means this country is going to produce half-baked graduates. Three years ago, the University of Rwanda transferred the faculty of law from Huye to Kigali, but there are reports that the rate of failure is very high. The cost of living for most students in Kigali is unbearable, hence the high rate of failure. Mbonimpa
