Don't compromise on plastic bags ban
Plastic bag manufacturers should actually be kicked out of East Africa. It would be fool hardy to have Kenya plastic bag manufacturers move to Uganda, produce there and smuggle the same bags to Kenya. We should all operate on harmonized policies especially those related to the environment.
