Kwita Izina Gala US-based Rwandan musician The Ben is already in Kigali and will be at the much anticipated ‘Kwita Izina’ Gala Dinner this Saturday August 26 at the Kigali Convention Centre. Individual tickets go for Rwf99,600 (USD 120) while Rwf830,000 (USD1,000) is for a table of 10 and are available at RDB Sales and Reservation offices at Gishushu, Grand Pension Plaza (first floor), Nakumatt KCT, Frulep Supermarket, Kigali Convention Centre, Kigali Serena Hotel, Marriot Hotel and Lemigo Hotel. Seka Live Comedy Show Ugandan star comedian Anne Kansiime is returning to Kigali for Season Three of the Seka Live comedy series slated for August 26 at the Kigali Serena Hotel. The show will also feature local comedians Herve Kimenyi, Michael Sengazi, Babu, and George as well as upcoming Afro dancehall artiste Sintex, real name Arnold Kabera. Entrance is Rwf 10, 000. Blankets and Wine The highly anticipated ‘Blankets and Wines’ is finally here. The outdoor event will take place this Sunday at the Golf Course Club in Nyarutarama. Happening for the first time, the event will feature live music performances from South African-based Congolese musician, Tresor Riziki, Lilian Mbabazi, and local artistes Angel Umutoni, Andy Bumuntu and Mike Kayihura. Tickets are already on sale with entrance going for Rwf 25, 000. The show begins at 12pm and ends at 10pm.
