Yesterday, it was an international day for aged people; dear children do you still give aged people respect? I normally look around and see how these old people are treated. Old people are no longer considered as valuable people unlike in the past. In the past years, old people used to be handled as a great treasure both to our families and the society at large. Today, we see them as people with less value; some of us (children) do not take their words seriously. We tend to take our parent’s words more than the words of our grand parents. Dear children, did you know if taken, the words of our grand parents are precious and full of great wisdom? If you do not believe me, try one time and listen attentively to your grandmother’s or father’s story. Take time and ask him or her some questions you will hear. Their stories are filled with great wisdom and their answers are as unique as the hidden wisdom. Old people need to be respected, stop insulting them as if they are your age mates. Aged people should be given maximum respect wherever they might be. They are of great importance in our live as growing people. Let us receive extraordinary wisdom by associating with aged people.
