Dear Editor, I would like to congratulate the Rwandan and Congolese governments upon the joint partnership plan that the two have embarked upon as a strategy to do away with the FDLR rebels. Knowing that perpetrators of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsis are going about killing other innocent people else where, is a heart breaking situation. The thought of it alone brings me heartache and I am sure that there are other people who feel just like I do. Enough of the killings, it is time that peace and justice prevailed. I hope that Congo presents the most effective military plan such that if implemented, rebels are disarmed and repatriated home. Musanze
