Dear Editor, Now that some countries in the East African Community are facing fuel shortages stemming from limited supply, the construction of the Mombasa-Eldoret oil pipeline should be stepped up. I also ask the government of Rwanda and her development partners to speed up the construction of the Mombasa-Kigali railway line. This is a shorter and cheaper route for delivering fuel. Kigali
