Dear Editor, Rwanda is developing so fast that we (the customers) have even come to a point where we can choose which telecommunication company to identify with. As MTN Rwanda celebrates their 10th Anniversary, Rwandatel is set to launch their GSM network, the re-launch has excited the public. This is good news to the public because now we can enjoy the benefits that come with variety.
