Cyanika residents receive exotic heifers
NORTHERN PROVINCE BURERA — At least 45 residents of the Cyanika Sector in Burera district on Tuesday received exotic heifers through the poverty eradication project of One-Cow per Family programme.Under the programme, residents receive cows and then pass on the calves to other residents in a rotating chain.
