Rayon Sports striker Mousa Camara has completed his transfer to Egyptian side Ismaily in a two-year deal. He will join his new team at the end of the season, according to the Rayon Sports officials. As part of the deal, Rayon Sports will get $50,000 (about Rwf44.2m) while Camara received $20,000 (approximately Rwf17.6m) and will earn $2000 (about Rwf1.7m) per month. The 23-year-old Malian international joined Rayon Sports in August 2016 on a two-year contract from Tunisian Ligue 1 side, Avenir Sportif de Kasserine. Meanwhile, center back François Mugisha has signed a new two-year contract with Rayon Sports until the end of the 2018/19 season. “I am happy to renew my contract. This is the best team in the country and every player would like to play for Rayon Sports. I feel good to stay here for another two years,” Mugisha told Times Sport. The league champions have also started talks with other players who will be out of contract after July 4 – they include; goalkeeper and captain Eric ‘Bakame’ Ndayishimiye, defenders Thierry Manzi, Abouba Sibomana, midfielders Djabel Manishimwe, Kevin Muhire, Olivier Niyonzima, Abouba Bashunga, Dominique Savio Nshuti as well as forwards Tidiane Koné and Nova Bayama. Rayon Sports will represent Rwanda in next year’s CAF Champions League after winning the league title for the 8th time, and they are still on course to retain the Peace Cup.
