Presidents Paul Kagame and Mamadi Doumbouya of Guinea-Conakry, who is on three-day visit in Rwanda, held a tête-à-tête on Friday, January 26. The meeting was followed by bilateral talks with their respective delegations. President Paul Kagame’s visit to Conakry in April 2023 resulted in the signing of an agreement on the creation of a joint cooperation committee between Rwanda and Guinea, covering areas of agriculture, ICT, education, mining, and security.
