Dear editor, I would like to applaud DR Congo for finally admitting that the FDLR problem is theirs. It is common knowledge that once one admits a problem, it becomes much easier to solve. Not only is it the first time the DR Congo has openly acknowledged this problem that has proved to be a threat to regional peace and stability but they have also agreed for the first time to have Rwanda involved in solving the issue. It is now evidently clear that Africa and Africa alone can solve her problems. Soon we will have an end to this suffering that has left thousands of Congolese homeless. I hope that these rebels get arrested as a guarantee of lasting peace. NYARUTARAMA
