Choga is now styled up! It is a fact that when one travels more often they learn new things. This is evident from the new wardrobe of Choga Style. Apparently, the self styled hip hop man has styled up and dropped his trademark ghetto style of dressing. He used to dress shabbily and move by public means including motorcycles. Recently, he bought a car and word on the street has it that he traveled to Nairobi and did some wardrobe shopping. He is now considered one of the smartest and decent musicians in the country, with designer jeans and t-shirts, expensive leather jackets made by the world’s famous designers. Choga Style, whose real name is Rafiki Mazimpaka had another trip, this time to Jamaica and evidently the journey, has changed his life, as he got more exposed, and also managed to shop for some fancy clothing items and “bling bling”. And scouts have spotted him wearing the stuff, especially during music shows. DMS releases new hit Latest on our grapevine is that of the celebrated dancehall crooner DMS has dropped another hot tune just a few days after releasing “Peace” which got recognition due to its good substance and sound. DMS aka Tembeu Christian, is trying to put his album together which he intends to launch early next year. The album has 15 tracks and features several East African artistes alongside other two local artists. It is also rumoured that the dancehall and rap king, is planning to enter into negations with one renowned international vocalist to feature in at least one of the tracks on his new album to give it weight. Sheila still flying high Sheila Wibabara, the former face of MTN is a student of Physiotherapy at Kigali Health Institute (KHI). As you can see she is stunningly beautiful. She is taking her beauty career to another level. Grapevine has learnt that she is also venturing into fashion designing, and if chance strikes she is also determined to go as far as Hollywood. Sheila who has had her fair share of prominence is reportedly involved in performance promotion among the youth. She is reported to have said that she will be helping others to promote talent and performance as one of the ways of improving welfare. She was heard saying that this also helps to expose the richness and beauty of our culture. Sheila said this while speaking on behalf of the Promotion Performance Group, a student’s cultural association at KHIMeanwhile Sheila is said to have shunned the recently held beauty contest to crown the most beautiful and intelligent girl at the institution. It is alleged that she pulled out to create a favourable ground for the rest of the contestants otherwise no one would have offered to compete with her. Ends
