Rwandan envoy presents credentials in Cyprus
The Rwandan Ambassador to Israel, Col Joseph Rutabana, yesterday presented his letters of credence to the President of Cyprus, Nico Anastasiades, beginning his official diplomatic duties in the Mediterranean Island nation.
