The 14th annual National Dialogue Council, or Umushyikirano, closed in Kigali yesterday, with President Paul Kagame urging delegates and the nation to recommit to the country’s development agenda and to continuously improve service delivery. The meeting attracted about 2000 participants drawn from across the country and abroad, while millions others followed the event through live TV and radio broadcasts.
