A Genocide suspect, Vincent Murekezi, was yesterday arraigned in court in Lilongwe, nearly a week after he was arrested having previously been set free in mysterious circumstances. Murekezi, who is wanted in Rwanda to answer charges related to his alleged role in the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, also faces corruption related charges.
