I am disappointed with authorities that are denying some people passports. The constitution of this country guarantees free movement of its citizens and allows all to acquire all the necessary documents. However, quite often you see many people who have acquired all the necessary documents from local leaders and have even gone ahead to pay Frw50,000 required to Rwanda revenue authority (RRA), denied passports. At the end you do not get a passport and the money you paid is not refunded. This is sad. It’s my humble appeal that at least the money one has paid is refunded when the passport is denied.
