The Green Baggies lost the league trophy to APR on the last day of the season by just one point and the Amavubi International thinks the squad is strong enough to mount another challenge this year. “The team has improved greatly and we want to keep improving every game. Although it is still early days, we are more than determined to fight for the league title again,” Serumogo said Before the horrendous events of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, Kiyovu were the most successful football in the country with six league titles. Meanwhile, Sunrise head coach Innocent Seninga said that his team is ready to upset Kiyovu. “We know Kiyovu is a good side, they have been very busy in the transfer market, signing very good players.
