According to local reports, the aircraft may have collided with a Japan Coast Guard aircraft. The Japan national broadcaster reported that all passengers were disembarked safely from the flight. It is reported that the flight was carrying 367 passengers, and had been operating a short-haul regional flight from Sapporo.
