Dear Editor, I would like to thank the former British Premier, Tony Blair for offering a helping hand in a bid to boost Rwanda’s economic development. For sure not many people of such a high profile has his and from a very developed country would consider taking up an unpaid job as a presidential advisor, just to help out developing countries. Most of them either come as expatriates to earn fat salaries or just offer aid with “strings attached.” Rwanda is also a steadily developing country. I believe that with help from such people like Blair, we will together quickly achieve our Vision 2020 objectives as well as the other government strategies that aim at economic development.
