Box 2717 Kigali,, up on presentation of a pre-paid bank slip of Ten-thousand francs Rwandese (10 000 frw) to buy the bidding book of each tender. Interested companies shall deposit the mentioned fee on account No 1202420 in the National Bank of Rwanda B.N.R, TRAC Plus will dispatch the tender documents to potential bidders only after reception of the proof of payment from the above said bank. Deadline for buying the tender book will be on 24/11/2008 after this date no supplier / consultant will get a bidding book unless the one who will have paid In BNR the fee before this date.
