Plan to upgrade Kigali roads commendable

RE: “Rwf58 billion earmarked for Kigali urban road upgrades” (The New Times, August 30). This is a wonderful piece of news. That road from Rwandex to Prince House through Sonatubes is an absolute nightmare to maneuver through during peak hours.
