Dear editor, Rwanda has been ranked fourth among the top ten performers in Global Fund’s average grant performance. This is good news in the concerted fight against HIV/ Aids, Tuberculosis and Malaria. I therefore implore other East Africa Community member states to emulate Rwanda in being accountable to its people. I believe it’s possible to handle a sum of USD 397 million without misappropriation. Gacuriro
