Minister lauds Bralirwa over sports support
Rwanda’s Culture and Sports Minister Joseph Habineza yesterday paid tribute to Bralirwa for their consistent support to local sports. The youthful Minister made the remarks moments before officially teeing off the 13th Rwanda Open at Kigali Golf Club.
