A Rwandan contingent of skipper Benoit Kayitare, Aline Ndacyayisenga, Vincent Munyakazi, Nadege Umurerwa and their coach Boniface Mbonigaba have left Kigali for Chine where they will take part in the forthcoming Wuxi 2023 World Taekwondo World Cup Team Championship. The championship will take place from December 16-19, attracting athletes from 96 different countries competing for honours. Medals will be up for grabs while outstanding athletes will also secure tickets to compete in the 2024 Olympic Games Paris. Rwanda will be hoping to go all out as they seek to grab one of the tickets for the world Taekwondo scene.
