Dear Editor, Recently, there was a rumour that the fuel haulers started a strike at Malaba Border between Uganda and Kenya. This left me to wonder if at all, our fuel prices could increase as a result. With great joy, however, I learnt from your daily Newspaper that the fuel prices have fallen by a whole 13.6 percent. Owing to the fact that we have had enough instability on fuel prices since this year began, I am very grateful to know that while this fall lasts, I can consume as much as I did last November. I would also like to thank our government for continuously subsidising on fuel as a way of protecting us, the consumers. This does not happen in many countries. Kimironko
