Rayon Sports registered the biggest win of the round, hammering second division outfit Miroplast FC 8-0 at Kicukiro Stadium. Mukura VS edged Vision FC 2-1 at Muhanga Regional Stadium; AS Kigali overcame Vision JN 2-0 while Yves Rwasamanzi’s SC Kiyovu walloped Huye-based Intare FC 7-0 at Mumena ground. Other teams that qualified to the round of 1/8 include; Isonga FC, Espoir FC, Gicumbi FC, Etincelles FC, Sunrise FC, Bugesera FC and AS Muhanga.
