Editor, RE: “AU Summit: Hoteliers tasked to up service” (The New Times, June 6). We are once again tasked with holding one of the continents mega summit, this time around it’s about high level delegations that calls for high level quality of services. The AU summit due July is another test of how ready we are to embrace the MICE strategy. It’s a moment for every service provider to take it one step ahead from the WEF level. Rwanda scores highly on everything, at least everything, so let’s keep it that way. Resto, transporters, hoteliers, entertainment venues up to barber stores, please make this happen once.
