Communications firm, Hill+Knowlton Strategies, was named EMEA Agency of the Year at the SABRE Awards in Berlin last week. SABRE is among the most prestigious awards in the communications industry. Hill+Knowlton Strategies beat Burson-Marsteller, Edelman, Ogilvy PR and Weber Shandwick to the accolade. Commenting on the award, Lars Erik Grønntun, the Hill+Knowlton president and CEO, said: “This award, in a category with so many strong nominees, is testament to all the hard work and excellence of our teams across the region.” The firm operates in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, with offices in East Africa, and Rwanda. Grønntun attributed the win to strategies that promote innovation, and client-oriented initiatives.
