Dear editor,I would like to bring to your attention the fact that there are so many upcoming artists who are not heard of in Rwanda. Rwanda being a culturally rich country should vigorously sell her culture to the rest of the world. Artists must be encouraged not only by other fellow artists, but also by the government and different organisations. So far, some projects to promote young artists are in progress and on Sunday, there was an Art competition for all young artists in Rwanda. The competition that brought together musicians, painting artists, dancers and sculpture makers is an example of what everyone should be doing in order to bring Rwandan art to the rest of the world. I would like to encourage everyone to support Rwanda’s artists so that our culture can stay strong. MIGINA
