Dear Editor,I am a parent of five children and was a little bit unhappy about Rwanda’s sudden preference of English to French especially because my children are well -versed with the latter. Well, it is high time we stopped sulking and instead think of all the possible ways to help our children. Now that the holidays are here, I think we should enrol our young ones into the various institutions that teach English. The language is not as hard as many claim. If we care much, by the end of the holiday season many will be able to communicate in English. Children are always willing to learn. I believe this will work for my children. Other parents too, can always think of how to deal with this issue. Nyenyeri
