Through your paper, allow me to air out the problems and disgust of Kabeza residents nowadays. Before the construction of Kabeza road started, residents were lamenting for having been residents of this area. Those who had the capacity to shift left the place for better places like Kanombe, Kacyiru and elsewhere. Just a few days later, the road started undergoing reconstruction. Now, the trucks have started grading, but it’s a nightmare as many residents are suffering because of the dust, which even settlers in people’s sitting rooms. This area is now messed up and really disgusting. There is too much dust, you cannot risk wearing white clothes, or even think of being smart! Even those who drive cannot consider those who foot! They drive their cars and motorcycles as if they are on a rally competition. The road should be watered at least twice a day; early in the morning and late in the evening.
