KIGALI - The Enhanced Integrated Framework (EIF), a trade support project has drafted a five year plan for Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (SMEs). The project is aimed at SMEs’ development by bridging the gap between demand and supply for aid for trade. Julian Umutesi, the EIF Project Coordinator, said stakeholders will forward their comments to the country focal point before a final plan is forwarded to EIF headquarters in Geneva, for funding. Some of the stakeholders include, Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA), Rwanda Bureau of Standards (RBS) and Ministry of Agriculture (Minagri). Ends
