Editor, RE: “Police foil theft of seeds in Ngoma” (The New Times, March 26). We need more of this kind of cooperative citizens. To me, this is what I call “being a responsible citizen”. You cannot sit and watch your neighbors’ resources being taken away and do not call the Police. With this kind of active police-citizen cooperation, our communities will prosper even more. A quick recommendation to every citizen: Whenever you suspect that something fishy is going on, call the Police immediately. It is free and our police staffs are known to respond quickly to the citizens’ call. Shout out to the Rwanda National Police. Let’s all together be active and continue building our nation together.
