A few equities changed hands yesterday, while the bonds market was quiet, the Rwanda Stock Exchange (RSE) daily market report indicates. Bralirwa dominated the trading session on Tuesday, recording a total turnover of Rwf14.5 million from 90,100 shares traded in two deals. The counter, however, shed Rwf1 to close at Rwf173, from Rwf174 on Monday. On the other hand, the Crystal Telecom counter pushed 18,700 shares traded worth a total turnover of Rwf1.7 million in three deals. Its share price was unchanged at Rwf90. Meanwhile, the RSE Share Index went down by 0.38, while the All Share Index shed 0.05 points driven by a drop in Bralirwa share price to close at 145.60 and 130.45 points, respectively. The other equities counters were quiet, and Equity Bank closed at Rwf334, NMG was at Rwf1,200, while the KCB counter was at Rwf330, Bank of Kigali was at Rwf280 and Uchumi Supermarkets closed at Rwf104.
