Rwanda youth international Dylan Georges Maes will move to the Bulgarian topflight league during the January 2024 transfer window. Maes, 22, has been in fine form for Slovenian second tier side NK Tolmin scoring in 15 games and his exploits has caught the eyes of a host of teams in Bulgaria which could cash on him in the winter transfer window. Maes joined NK Tolmin on a six-month deal in July 2023 which means he will be able to move to Bulgaria in January as a free agent. He previously played for Waasland Beveren in Belgium, Portuguese clubs Amadora and Sintrense as well as Alki Oroklini in Cyprus. Born to a Belgian father and a Rwandan mother in the city of Ukkel, Maes has played for Rwanda at both U20 and U23 levels.
