Technology: Anti-glare can save your eyes

With the increasing use of computers today, as a necessities, there is high exposure to bright light. This affects our vision thereby causing difficulties in seeing without understanding the cause. Typical symptoms of eyestrain while working on the computer include blurry vision, dry eyes, and irritation. It is therefore now understandable to note that the causes for glare as a form of light pollution or over-illumination is harmful to human health. However, the exposure to light pollution or excessive light can be prevented by the use of an anti-glare.
