Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni officially opened Uganda’s new High Commission building in Kigali on Thursday. The Shs 8bn facility is expected to save the government over Shs 400 million in rent annually. President Museveni was accompanied by Uganda’s Foreign Affairs Minister Sam Kutesa, the Ugandan High Commissioner to Rwanda, Ambassador Richard Kabonero, and other senior Rwandan and Ugandan government officials.
