Dear editor, MONUC soldiers have all the reasons to get confused in the jungles of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). First, the minerals scattered in the forests force them to behave far below their expectations - you know that some are just doing business now. Another thing is the numerous militia groups fighting within that country. Even if you made an alliance with any of them, you would still find it hard to fight the rest. This is the kind of experience they are facing if I may read between the lines - a thing that may happen to any body. But I blame them for not resigning due to the futility of their mission in the DRC. It is a question of greed and unless they admit their failure, the region is doomed. Kimironko
