Dear editor,I must say through your paper that I am in support of any sanctions against coup plotters in Mauritania. I therefore applaud US’s travel ban on some members of the military government in Mauritania, who overthrew President Sidi Ould Cheikh Abdallahi in August. Coup plotters are not only undermining the return to constitutional rule, but also setting a very bad precedent on the continent as a whole. They should therefore, be condemned by all peace lovers in the world. KIMISAGARA
