Editor, RE: “Professional recruitment will save Rwanda’s soccer” (The New Times, October 31). I agree with you. But, how will your suggestion be implemented by incompetent managers at Rwanda Football Federation ( FERWAFA) and individual clubs? They do not even have the basic understanding of what a contract means. Such organization should have a legal advisor. I know our legal system is still developing and that is why, unfortunately, football clubs are still able to fire their foreign coaches at will with no consequences. Kelly
