President impressed by positive changes in the North
BURERA - President Paul Kagame yesterday visited the Northern Province and commended the district’s change for the better. He urged residents to build on achievements and spur development and said hard work and using the resources available will improve the welfare of Rwandans and raise their general standards of living. Addressing residents of Butaro sector in Burera district, the President said that peace should be used to exploit the resources.
