Rwandas leading security company Intersec has re-branded to ISCO Ltd to respond to the growing demand of security services and boost efficiency. The company has also conducted more changes including streamlining and digitalising systems to allow efficient and timely operational standards. ISCO is also expanding its services to include courier, logistics, transport and warehousing services. According to the company General Manager, Vincent Gatete, the changes are part of a strategy to respond to the growing demand emanating from the current economic growth. ISCO Intersec provides security services to more than 5000 institutions across the country. “The economy is developing at a fast rate and so are our client’s requirements for their growing businesses and institutions. The new identity is therefore a reflection of a change that delivers a new commitment, a new promise and a new vision to our clients, Gatete told The New Times on Tuesday. The company is also investing in developing internal systems and adding value through new innovative services to keep up with the growing demands of the economy, he added. For example, customers now only need to call one number, 3031, to deal with any queries from acquiring services to invoicing and billing queries, Gatete said. According to company officials, customers can now acquire 4G enabled security systems such as IP video surveillance cameras to enhance connectivity, installation and maintenance at affordable rates. The unique technology is due to be launched and rolled out officially this month. business@newtimes.co.rw
