Yesterday, MTN Rwanda launched a countrywide campaign to reward its loyal customers. The campaign code named “the Annual Customer Appreciation Week” seeks to appreciate and respond to subscribers demands through the innovative ways. During the week, MTN will give away gifts including mobile sets to its esteemed customers and will provide a platform for dialogue between the company and its subscribers, Gunter Engling, the company’s Chief Executive Officer, said. The customer appreciation week is meant to reach out to all our customers with best services, Engling told The New Times yesterday. “It’s a good opportunity to offer and market our services and products amongst our subscribers; this is part of our social corporate responsibility,” he added. We want to continue emphasizing that our customers are the centre of our service and therefore deserve the best from us, Annie Tabura, the chief sales and distributing officer said. MTN has 4 million subscribers and is looking to provide new digital solutions, like data backup and infrastructure support services, to corporate and small-and-medium enterprises market segments. business@newtimes.co.rw
